To use, heat pan to medium heat for most frying and sautéing. Since all stoves are different, start at a low temperature and gradually increase the heat until water splashed in the pan will instantly evaporate and sizzle, then it’s ready to use for medium heat.
It’s perfectly all right to use high heat when you need boiling water, or are stir-frying.
And cookware is oven safe to 500 degrees.
When finished cooking, remove food and clean with warm, soapy water.
Although cookware is dishwasher safe, it’s recommended to be careful if putting in the dishwasher to prevent damage to plates and glassware.
